Summary
There are twelve important signs of a gallbladder problem that I want to cover today. But, most of the time, a person with a gallbladder issue doesn't experience any symptoms at all.
The majority of the time, a person has no idea they have a problem with the gallbladder. However, even though there are no major symptoms of a gallbladder problem, there are signs that can indicate your gallbladder is in trouble.
Most of these signs are related to a bile deficiency because of a blockage, but excess bile can also lead to issues.
Top signs of a potential gallbladder problem:
1. Visceral pain under the right rib cage
2. Nausea
3. Neck pain
4. Shoulder pain
5. Pale or gray stool
6. Floating stool
7. Itchy skin (especially at night)
8. Diarrhea, watery stool, and loss of control over bowel movements (from excess bile)
9. Dark urine
10. Jaundice
11. Vomiting
12. Constipation
Top causes of a gallbladder problem:
• Low-fat diets
• A spike in estrogen
• High cortisol
• High insulin
• PPIs
The best remedies for gallbladder problems:
• Purified bile salts (right after a meal)
• TUDCA (on an empty stomach)
• Fiber from salads
It’s also crucial to avoid a low-fat diet to support a healthy gallbladder. Instead, learn more about the Healthy Keto® diet in my other videos.

| 0:00.0 | There's 12 signs that your gallbladder is in trouble, but the most common sign over 80% |
| 0:06.6 | of the time is a symptom called asymptomatic, which means no symptoms. |
| 0:12.7 | The great majority of the time, people do not have any clue that they have a gallbladder |
| 0:17.8 | problem. |
| 0:18.8 | However, even though there's no major symptoms, |
| 0:21.0 | there are all sorts of clues that I'm going to cover that will tell you what's going on with the gallbladder. |
| 0:26.6 | The gallbladder is a very, very important organ. Okay, it's not an extra organ that we don't need. |
| 0:33.6 | It's a storage place for bile so it can concentrate. So every time you eat, |
| 0:41.2 | the gallbladder contracts. And then that bile is secreted into the small intestines. |
| 0:47.9 | And it helps extract certain fats like fat-siable vitamins and nutrients. It helps you break down |
| 0:52.4 | fat. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. |
| 0:54.3 | There's many other things that it does. Number one, it's antibacterial. So in other words, |
| 0:58.8 | it keeps the bacteria out of the small intestine to prevent this overgrowth or fermentation that |
| 1:06.1 | can occur. And it's very common with people, especially if they, you know, eat fiber or a big salad and they feel bloated. |
| 1:12.8 | They could have something called SIBO, small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. |
| 1:17.0 | And that's probably because they don't have enough bile to act as a kind of a detergent antimicrobial to flesh that out. |
| 1:25.0 | And then what happens to this bile goes all the way down this tube, |
| 1:34.0 | which is quite long, and then it gets reabsorbed right before the large intestine, and it actually gets reabsorbed 18 times. So your body is very efficient and it recycles bile because it's |
| 1:40.2 | very, very important. But if this bile is not the right texture |
| 1:46.6 | or the right thickness, let's say it's too thick, |
| 1:49.5 | becomes sludge, if it becomes too concentrated, |
| 1:52.6 | you get gallstones, and then you can start plugging up |
