1:37.0	And in the back of your mind, that little thing is just fucking with you. Like, hey, you could coast.
1:44.0	You could be one of those B players, and you could just get by and let somebody else cover it and all will be well.
1:53.0	And you won't control your destiny.
1:57.0	But for most people, that's okay.
2:00.0	And I don't know how to feel about that. I weep for them, but I maybe I'm wrong. Like I'm so distrust yourself, right?
2:09.0	Part of my whole thesis. I definitely distrust my own assessment.
2:12.0	But I remember when at Quest, so to your point, we had hired all these ex-convics.
2:19.0	And some of them turned their lives around, and some of them didn't.
2:26.0	And I just couldn't fathom how you're given this opportunity to rise up, to make money.
