Hello, in this episode, we are continuing the Juicy June theme with one of my all-time

favorite topics to speak on, which is the vibe of an it brand and how to position yourself

as the it person in your industry to hire. We all want this. We all want people to not only look at our brand and look into our brand and remember our brand,

but furthermore, want to work with us and put us on their vision boards and be that person in our space.

And in order to do this, we need to know how to position ourselves and brand ourselves as the one.

Said another way, we need to have an it brand versus a shit brand.

Just to be frank.

So as you can imagine, there are a lot of factors that come into play regarding a brand that's in demand.

There's a lot of moving parts there.

But the number one ingredient also happens to be the biggest, most crucial factor of them all.

Okay? So there's a lot of, there's a lot of pieces,

but there's one that if it's not present, it doesn't work. It's by far the most important.

What is it? I'm going to tell you. Let's go.

Okay. So It brand versus shit brand.

Or just dive in right in. This is a very important topic. Why? Well, there's a lot of noise out there. There is a lot of competition. I don't care what industry you're in.

I don't care what type of business you have. I don't care how niche you are.

Doesn't matter. There is a lot of noise out there. Even if you are the super, super niche and

you've cornered a market, there's still a lot of noise, right? One of the things that I coined a long, long time

ago, and one of my favorite things to say, because it's true, is if you have their attention,

you can have their sale. We have to have the attention first. So we need people watching us.
