immigration habeas case.

And that special guest is Anil Kahlan, a professor of law at Drexel University Klein School of Law.

This year, he's also a visiting scholar at the Center for the Study of Law and Society

at the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

Anil teaches and writes on immigration law, US and comparative constitutional law,

and international human rights law.

He currently serves on the New York City Bar Association's Task Force on the Rule of Law.
