The airline stewardess will sometimes say as the way too long

introductory remarks when you're seated on a plane, they will say, we know you have a choice when you

fly and thank you for choosing us.

The reality is, for most of us when we fly the choice of which airline is which

airline is available to go where we're going at the time when we want to go at the price when we want to go there.

It's not like we have this great loyalty to the airline. I will tell you I had that loyalty toward

continental airlines and don't tell anybody because they've had a lot of

gaffs but I have had knock on wood I've had

very very good experiences with United over the last few years I find their app easy to use,

I find their pricing to be pretty good coming out of Houston.

I know it's not cool to say something nice about the airline and by the way they'll embarrass you at some point but
