In the middle to end of the week, they had the end of the session.

And as usual, all of the big rulings are usually saved for the last day.

That way they can scuddle out of town and not have to deal with the grief.

But one of the rulings that came down was a ruling that while it did not directly involve Indiana, it will affect Indiana because we have a similar law in the books.

Right.

We have a similar law that's awaiting the Indiana Supreme Court decision.

You mean the U.S. Supreme Court?

Yes.

So the law says that porn producers, it was a Texas law that was heard in front of the Supreme Court, very similar in language

to Indiana's, which says that online porn producers, primarily this is targeted at a website

called Porn Hub, are required to have age verification systems in place in order to access

that website. So basically, you have to prove

via some sort of state driver's license or other acceptable identification methods that you are

18 years of age in order to access that website. Yeah. So the Supreme Court, they said the law does not violate

adults' First Amendment rights. And the age verification is considered an acceptable burden to

protect minors from content. And I think that's where most people believe they were going to come down.
