We're going to do a check-in on the states, on the political side of things, leading into

the midterms country is facing rising inflation, a worrisome COVID situation, deeply partisan

vides, over education, specifically critical race theory.

Meanwhile the White House keeps making promises on the economy, ending COVID and on bringing

the country together, promises that will all seem far away as families sit down for an unusually

expensive Thanksgiving dinner.

So today we're going to talk about how this is going to play out for some of the bigger

governors' races.

We want to focus on three states in particular because they're all going to be essentially

three of our four largest states.

So my guess, Mark Butter, the National Political Reporter for Politico and basically our

main man in Florida, Leah Asgarinam, editor of the hotline, a publication that I think

is does this as well as anybody when it comes to having their pulse on what's going on

All right, so this is sort of a bit of a roundtable and it's triggered by the Beto O'Rourke
