holds court with the press next on the AM update. A shooting at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, claimed the lives of two people and injured at least seven others, according to initial reports.

The alleged shooter was also found dead.

Early reports indicated that the shooter was a student at the abundant life Christian school.

Police later confirmed the suspect was a teenage student but would not release their

identity or sex.

Originally, the Madison Police Chief said he wasn't sure and couldn't tell yet whether

the shooter was a boy or a girl.

Never fired their weapons.

That is correct.

I don't know if it's a male or female, but the police department did not fire their weapons.

So how is that possible that the police chief doesn't know if the shooter was a male or a female?

Later on in the day, it was alleged online that the shooter's name Samantha Rupnow.

It's not immediately clear whether Rupnow was a girl pretending to be a boy or was radicalized as some postings allegedly attributed to her

show that she was really deeply into radical feminism and hated men. Obviously, though, a tragic situation in Madison, Wisconsin

yesterday. Please keep in mind and keeping your prayers, all those impacted by this tragedy,

just a senseless act of violence. It's really a sad commentary in this country now where you

hear the words shooting at a Christian school and you

already have an idea of what happened. That's a sad thing, but it's not nearly as sad as being

one of the families who are now going to go through the Christmas season without loved ones.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is considering resigning. That's according to CTV News.
