to the country, one that is at the very center of his 2024 re-election pitch.

And I've always been clear, democracy is not a partisan issue. It's an American issue,

and there's something dangerous happening in America now. There's an extremist movement,

it does not share the basic beliefs in our democracy, the MAGA movement.

There's a extremist agenda that carried out with fundamentally all of the institutions

of American democracy, as we know it. This is the latest in a series of direct attacks

on Donald Trump and the MAGA movement, and it comes at a moment of political uncertainty

for President Biden, so it's to say many senior Democrats have been calling for the President

to spend more time directly attacking Trump in an effort to energize both voters and donors.
