Summary
When old Tennessee was arrested for robbery and hauled into court in that little mining community, only one man showed up to speak in his defense, and that was Tennessee's partner. He didn't do a very good job but he gave it a shot.

| 1:05.0 | Francis Brett Hart was an American author and poet who worked in a number of different |
| 1:09.0 | professional capacities including minor, teacher, messenger, and journalist before turning to full-time writing in 1871. |
