Summary

In 1922, former chorus girl Clara Phillips and her handsome husband Armour has a lovely house in West Hollywood, a car, a telephone, nice clothes…all those important status symbols. Armour tells everyone that he works in oil. It’s a lie—one of many they both tell. It all seems to be going well, except Clara hears an upsetting rumor from a neighbor that Armour is having an affair with a young widow. This can’t end well.  Written, researched, and hosted by Kate Winkler Dawson/producers Jason Wehling, Laura Sobel, and Alexis Amorosi/sound designer Eric Friend/composer Curtis Heath/web designer Ilsa Brink Subscribe to my newsletter: tenfoldmorewicked.com Buy my books: katewinklerdawson.com If you have suggestions for historical crimes that could use some attention, email me: info@tenfoldmorewicked.com Follow me on social: @tenfoldmore (Twitter) / @tenfoldmorewicked (Facebook and Instagram) 2022 All Rights Reserved
