And the sentencing of Guy Reffett is happening today. This is the person that the Department of Justice added a domestic terrorism consideration to making their recommendation of 15 years the longest sentence in their investigation.

The longest sentence in their investigation so far back in March, a jury found him guilty on all counts, including transporting a firearm in furtherance of civil disorder for those who say the insurrection wasn't armed obstruction of an official proceeding, entering or remaining in a restricted area on grounds with a firearm, obstructing officers during a civil disorder and obstruction of justice hindering communication through force or threat of physical force.

All right, text messages for President Donald Trump's acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, Dong Dong and acting Deputy Secretary Ken Kuchinelli are missing for a key period leading up to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

That's according to four people briefed on the matter and internal emails, the discovery of the missing records for the senior most Homeland Security officials, which has not been previously reported, increases the volume of potential evidence that is vanished regarding the time around the Capitol attack.

It comes as both congressional and criminal investigators at the Justice Department seek to piece together the effort by Trump and his allies to overturn the results of the election and lawfully block the peaceful transfer of power.

The Department of Homeland Security notified the agency's Inspector General in late February that Wolf's and Kuchinelli's texts were lost in a reset of their government phones when they left their jobs in January.
