0:55.7	Last 12 months, how many real estate deals has your company done? Our team has done 24 deals.
1:04.4	We should have a couple more come in, but some of our attorneys don't want to move this late in the year.
1:10.3	Yeah, sure. But we got 24 deals, and it's been our best year yet. It's our second year. So what kind of deals are we talking about? Are we talking about wholesale deals? Are we flipping properties? Are these buy-in-hold properties? What kind of deals are these 24 deals? Break them down. 20 deals are wholesale. Okay. A lot of our deals getting sold Novation Way. So flat fee MLS.
1:32.1	Four of them, we took down ourselves, sold three of them lease options, and one is on the market to, we just took it down.
1:39.6	A lot of bad stuff happened to it. We were trying to flip it and then it's just back on the market and we're not going to make that much money.
1:48.0	But it was a living new line.
1:49.6	So what happened to the flip?
1:51.0	What was going on?
1:52.1	This is a good one.
1:53.9	Took it down.
1:55.6	This seller actually bought our other property lease option.
1:59.9	Okay.
2:00.2	She gives $45,000 non-refundable down.
2:03.0	And we got a great deal.
