We all have control over how much body fat we have.

I was doing the math the other day, and I've been in the health and fitness business for

23 years now.

And I was thinking 23 years, how many hours is that?

And then so I decided to take okay, well, I didn't work all, let's say I've worked 50 weeks

out of 52 weeks for 23 years, even though I've gone many, many, many years without taking

a vacation, taking very much time off at all.

And let's say out of the week, I worked, let's say 40 hours, even though I've worked

way over that, the math comes out to 46,000 hours, whoa, that's way over.
