CNBC and I'm joined today by Gergit Singh, the CEO and co-founder of

OMA Fertility. Gregi, thank you so much for being with us.

Thank you so much for having me make.

Good morning.

Well, I'm really excited to get to talk with you about your company and the technology behind it.

I want to encourage everybody out there watching to submit questions.

We will try to get them into the conversation real time that

always makes these so much more interesting but I'll start with some questions of my own

Gerti tell us about why you founded this company sort of the story behind Oh my fertility.

I learned of a friend, somebody in my wife's office who was going through IVF treatments.

Their family went through six cycles of treatments, didn't succeed, they paid about $45,000 per treatment

and had to file for a bankruptcy.

It completely destroyed their life.

And very coincidentally, my now co-founder Sahil was visiting us as a family friend.

He's a physician himself and he had built a chain of IVF clinics in India where at the time they did

6,000 IV IV cycles a year.

So I was venting at him about the situation with my wife's colleague and he said,

come visit an IVF clinic.

And so that's how I got to learn about IVF.

And the first time I saw an IVF clinic, I was just completely

amazed by how low-tech it was. My expectation was that if somebody pays $45,000 for a medical treatment,
