Great Dylan thanks very much for having me. What about holiday plans for you?

heading back down to my home state of Texas where it will be much warmer than up here in Alexandria.

I do in the opposite. I'm going further north where it will be colder in New Jersey.

I wish you the best of liking. Yeah, it's going to be a little rough.

This is our last show for 2016.

Next week we're actually going to be re-erring some of our favorite episodes from the past year

just to kind of fill the gap between Christmas and the New Year's holiday.

Simon, I was tempted to do the show where we surprised John Ratai with your posed listener question.

Ultimately, wound up with going something I shot with David Kretsman about share buybacks and or sorry stock-based compensation and

seemed a little bit more relevant to tech but that was a good time. We should do that again
