I can't hardly believe it. It's that time of year again when Tech Vibe Radio goes behind stage at Demo Day here at Stage A.E.

It's kind of like a tradition now where we get to really show our listeners, tell our listeners about some of the newest startup companies coming out of Pittsburgh.

It's very, very exciting for us to do this show. I'm so happy to be here talking to these new companies, because this is

really the future of Pittsburgh when all is said and done. And we have a jam-packed evening.

We have 14 companies coming out of the Demo Day programming. This is a big, big night for them to actually

pitch to a crowd of about 1,000 people here. There's investors, there's potential partners,

there's just people that are all geeked out about tech here in Pittsburgh in the crowd, and they're all here to learn about these

companies and really celebrate all the hard work they've been going through through the Alpha Lab and

Alpha Lab gear programs, which are part of Innovation Works. And really, innovation works. They've

been 20 years in business doing this, and the Alpha Lab programs have been 10 and then Alpha Lab gear for five years,

really helping to get these startups off the ground, giving them all the support that they need

to succeed and come to this day and really enter the world, kicking and screaming.

And we have our first guy here, Tony Zhao.

He is from a really cool company called Calm Mind.

Quickly, I mean, how does it feel to just come off a stage staring down about a thousand people

out there? Well, it feels awesome. And it's just so much relief of stress, but I think I did a good job.
