I'm your host to Lewis. I'm joined by Foolcom's daft day-to-day

delinquent of drawdown deep dives Brian Feroldi. Brian how you doing? I'm doing

great Dylan how are you? I'm doing okay. How's your portfolio doing? I think that's probably the better question to kick off this show with.

Well, it really depends on what time frame you're talking about. Over the last 10 days, not so good.

Over the last 10 years, pretty good. So I prefer to focus on not the former

good so I prefer to focus on the latter not the former.

I think I think that's a great way to put it Brian.

Yeah I think it is it is shocking to log in and I don't know about our listeners and our members but you know I am

someone who checks my brokerage account every day I don't act in it every day I'd say in any

given year I may be doing something in my brokerage account in terms of transactions

ten to 15 times, right?

You know, 10 to 15 days. But you know, I check every day and to see, you know, a five or

10 percent swing in a couple day period is drastic and it does give you

pause. You're like, huh, I thought those first couple numbers started differently last

time I was in here. That's how it goes with investing.

And that's how it goes with stocks and stock picking like us.
