Talk a little bit about the tech landscape

at the end of 2018.

2018 was a fantastic year for technology.

We were incredibly busy across IPOs, across M&A.

It was the year of the mega IPO, and it was the year of the China IPO.

So there were 13 IPOs greater than a billion dollars in 2018.

We were lucky to lead 11 of those 13. Of those

13 six were out of China. So the incredible amount of volume and velocity and

very high profile and consequential companies and I believe that will continue into 2019 so it's

incredibly robust tech IPO market and it was also a fantastic year for tech M&A and so we saw big strategic trades, IBM, Red Hat, Walmart,

Flipcart, big strategic moves and the markets were very receptive and open to those
