It's a dang iPhones, yeah, but yeah it is, like we use it as a crutch so, so much, like if we rely on these little devices as a means to think for us. What I've been doing for the last couple of months is only using my phone, laptop, whatever, when I absolutely need to for work.

So I'm down to like four hours average screen time per day.

For someone who works like online, my job is online online so that's not not too bad I would say but

it's helped me to feel like I'm actually using my brain again like I'm actually thinking

thought that I wouldn't have guessed would actually be so quick to come back to me.
