sweetie. True. Maybe I'll play it somewhere down the line on this podcast. So this is going to be a

different podcast. It's going to be shorter than usual. And this is why. Kathy and I have this thing

called Team Zen. And one of the foundations of Team Zen is we do these things called Zen Talks twice a month.

So what I decided to do is basically clip a few of the highlights of previous Zen talks

to give you listeners an understanding of what it means to be on Team Zen.

So, sweetie, would you explain a few of the other parts about being on the team and what you
