My name is Adam Levittan and the 2025 NFL draft is indeed in the books. We learned an incredible amount. I thought about what teams think

of their own players, what they think of the incoming prospects. Obviously, NFL drafts

one of the most important events of the off season. Evan,

how's it going today? How was your draft weekend? It's going great. I don't know what you're

in-draft process is, but mine with very few exceptions is just lock myself in the house for four

days. Limit showering, try to hold in, you know, whatever I got going.

And, you know, just survive.

And then for really for the last day and a half, it's just writing draft grades, which

I actually love to do.

I love to go because it forces you to go through the everybody's entire draft class.

Look at trades that they

made did they acquire you know future picks um you know did they trade veterans which by the way one

of the things i was really wrong about during the draft was that i thought that a bunch of veteran

veteran players could get traded and like sam howell got traded and like that was it.

Because there were a ton of guys rumored to be on the trade block.

And I don't know what the explanation for that was.

But either way, I think that the way to do draft grades the best is to not focus on,

oh, what are my opinions of individual players? Because let's be real, I don't know how these guys are going to be in the NFL. I can have an opinion, and I'll put my opinions in there.

But I really want to examine each team's process, their approach, you know, try to get in their

heads. And, you know, do I believe that they maximize their picks?

Again, I award, I award teams that turn their draft capital into future draft capital
