Teachers are now on strike in all of Columbus, Ohio demanding, quote, functioning air conditioning even though that apparently isn't the real story in Philadelphia.

It's mostly bus drivers and other workers who want better wages and quote more time off for training.

These are local stories with a distinct connection. They all are being fed by a national narrative that teachers are not getting the money that they are owed.
