Thanks so much for joining me. Hello my friends how are you it's Sally Clarkson here and I am so happy to be with you today. I am in the midst of making what my children love which is kind of a rice that's a peel off that I do with a little bit of bullion and a little bit of time and a little bit of olive oil and a little, you know, a few more things and then I do chicken pieces and I put a little bit of in the sauce that goes on it. I don't have any tonight but usually I would put a tiny bit of white wine.

I make a rue with some olive oil and flour or cornstarts or rice starch whatever you like and I put

I drain the rice that I have already cooked with fresh chicken bullion and and then I put a little bit of

parmesan and a tiny bit of half and half and I make a sauce out of it and that's what we're having for dinner.

That's what's simmering downstairs right now.

So you're just catching me lately right before dinner.

So the nice thing is about my week. I hope you've had a good

good week. Oh my goodness the weather here. I think that one of the rewards in

Colorado is you just about die during the winter because where I live

it's kind of on a pass, Monument Pass has more wrecks than any other pass in Colorado every year. You kind of go up to Monument Pass and then you go down towards Denver.

But anyway, the reward is that when you have two feet of snow or when it snows every weekend, even if it's just three to five inches of snow and it's

icy, icy, and we had a lot of very cold weather this year. When the summer starts to come, when late spring, early summer, it is absolutely

gorgeous. I love the fact that there are Aspen trees that twinkle. I think it's one of God's best creations. They gently

blow as we look out into our yard. There are so many beautiful colors. The clouds are cloudy enough to keep you

from being very hot. I'm so sorry for those of you who are quite warm, quite

hot this week. We are not, so far has been perfect here.

But the greatest thing is that my son Nathan and his wife Kila have come home for most of the summer and this happens every year

because they are both actors and they work as extras and they work in

television and they work in film and they're both writers and they're just creatives out their toes. But in the
