privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

My hello my friends, welcome to my podcast. This is Sally Clarkson and I am as many of

you know so delighted that you are here with me today. I just can't believe that I get

to do this podcast because it's a really a lot of fun for me. I feel like I'm having

a conversation with Kindred Spirit, you being my Kindred Spirit. So I hope that you had

just a lovely, lovely Easter weekend with your wonderful families and I have to tell

you it was as though really resurrection happened here. We had the most beautiful weather

on Saturday and Sunday actually. And it's almost glorious. You know when you've had a really

long dark winter, it's probably like this in life too. And then suddenly it's warm enough

to go outside without a coat and everything suddenly blooms, even purple iris for blooming.

And we have taken walks in the parks and we it's just you breathe in the air and you think

I think I live. So I certainly hope that all of you are doing well that God gave you a really

wonderful, wonderful Easter tide and that you were renewed. I was so inspired by my quiet

time yesterday morning on Easter day and I'm going to be telling you a little bit about

that later. But I really have continued to be renewed and reawakened to just the beauty,

the goodness, the love, the personalness, the humility, the normalcy of Christ with

his people. He was with people like me and like you who are messy and in make mistakes

and are constantly growing, changing, having value, whatever, you know, just that he was

a real human being, a man who was God in the midst of the personhood of the human beings
