Hello my friends, it's Sally Clarkson and I am so happy to welcome you to Tea Time Tuesday.

I feel like there was so much going on in my thoughts and my mind and my heart and I do

love thinking, sharing, reading, doing all these different things and so it's been really

fun for me to be able to have Tea Time Tuesday for you on my podcast. And so I hope that you

will get yourself a cup of tea of some kind, preferably a strong tea like Yorkshire

gold or something if you must herbal or even a cup of coffee. But I just wish that I could

invite you in today. The picture that you see on my Instagram was I was with a friend

recently at a lovely little cafe of a hotel and they served me in this fun little pot

and so I take a picture of it. So if you came to my house we would have fun and we would

talk and talk. But the reason I'm thinking about this so much and why I wish you were

here is I'm writing a book right now. I actually have several books to go. I know I'm crazy.

I would rather write books than watch dishes but I do both. But anyway I wanted to

reach you this proverb that I read and it doesn't give attribution to anyone but anyone

of us could have said it who have loved tea for so long. To those who don't have Tea Times

you probably think we're a little bit quirky and crazy. But it's kind of one of those

pathways through which you say okay I'm going to reserve some times of quiet some peace

for myself. I'm going to civilize my life and it's even more than that but I've been doing
