Well, I would say...

We got on a kick of watching some realtor dude.

I think his name was Chris, and he sells islands.

And so they could be anywhere from a quarter million dollars to, you know,

tens of millions of dollars.

Well, I would say the key to this island living is that it's not you're sitting

drinking cocktails all day.

It's that there's no cars or trucks yeah whatever and i have to town living well and i have to walk all those places or bike there's no if you want to freaking go you know if i want to decide i want to get

like fucking something from the grocery store you better really want it because it's a half mile walking back

so yeah yeah yeah that's great well. Well, it worked. Yeah. It worked for sure. Perfect timing.
