We are going to be discussing Crystal Grids.

So for those of you listening live, if you have any questions you want to ask,

But before we do that, as you know, Deb and I like to start off with a Crystal of the Week and a Turo of the Week and a little meditation.

We won't be doing the Turo of the Week as Deb is in here.

She's busily preparing for her to kill a mockingbird play, and we send her lots of love and like,

because she's been in rehearsals all day.

And we won't exactly be doing a Crystal of the Week.

What I did was I chose to talk about a heart-shock or a grid that I put up in my blog.

So that's sort of my crystals of the Week.

And so Joel and I will be talking about that a little bit later.
