1:03.2	about choosing the right neighborhood and how do you go about doing that? This is an important topic.
1:08.8	A lot of people talk about neighborhoods and how they
1:11.7	qualify them or grade them. But classifying a neighborhood by type varies from investor to
1:17.5	investor. In fact, what many investors refer to as a grade is typically nothing more than a
1:23.1	subjective description. Although most people will have a pretty general idea of what is being referred to,
1:28.7	in my experience, it is usually nothing more than a qualitative rather than a quantitative
1:33.1	description. So the fact is, is there is no formal definition out there of what a neighborhood
1:39.3	type or neighborhood grade is. In fact, if you go back to episode number four where I talk about
1:45.3	turnkey real estate investing and turn key real estate investments, even there I've talked
1:51.7	about there not being a formal definition of what turnkey real estate and real estate investments
1:57.9	are. And everybody has a different idea or definition of what that might be.
