So what's one thing you learned about yourself through being on reality TV?

Ooh, that's good, but I would say for me the biggest one is always just be yourself,

I know that sounds cliche, but as long as you're yourself you can't really get hurt and

just be proud of who you are and if you make mistakes, so fucking what?

Who cares, you're a human being, we all make mistakes.

I completely agree with you, 100% be yourself.

Yeah.

And whatever that is or whatever version of yourself that is I guess.

For me, I will say that one thing that I learned about myself being on the Bachelor was

that I'm so sensitive.

I think being a black woman in corporate America, I learned to like bury it, I even had

a boss that told me once that I was to being too sensitive about something and I kind of

like changed my outlook and like, oh, I can't express this, I can't express that, I

shouldn't show this, I shouldn't show that.

And also being in toxic relationships, caring too much is a problem.

So being on the show, it was kind of like all that was stripped away and you had to be
