in the message boards yeah so what I have learned from being on air or any type of

you know appearance where you're on camera is that people will not only

judge you and critique you but they will diagnose you and so don't take it with a grain

of salt but as soon as you go on air they're going to say hey you know

did you get that checked out and what's the problem over there and why is this that way and

why you hunched over and so I think you're getting a little bit of that your

posture in general to me is fine I mean it's not as if you're walking around you know with

a hunchback or anything like that so I think I think you're fine whether you're standing up or

whether you're at the desk but don't

I finished the Mossad book so I've had Israeli spies on the brain so my father recommended a Netflix show

The Spy starring Sasha Baron Cohen which came out a couple years ago yes in which

she played Eli Cohen a famous Israeli spy in the 60s and I have six episodes I've watched four of the six I'm loving it I'm going to watch the final two tonight.
