And I would just say if I was the prosecutor bringing these charges, he'd better have some damn good evidence if you're going after a former president.

And we'll see as the process plays out, but it's certainly a distraction from us meeting Joe Biden.

President Trump went up in the polls and was actually surpassing President Biden for re-election.

So what do they do now? Weaponize government. Go after the number one opponent.

So that's how things are, and we welcome you in on this very, very busy news day, lot going on.

Of course, we can continue to talk about Donald Trump, who will soon be under indictment again this time for January 6th.

They've now seized the cell phones of several advisors to Donald Trump as part of the investigation into the events of January 6th.

New York Times reports the phones of Boris Epstein described as an in-house counsel who helps coordinate Mr. Trump's legal efforts, and campaign strategist Mike Roman, who was director of election day operations for Trump's campaign in 2020.

The phones of John Eastman and Jeffrey Clark were also seized. Clark's phone was seized as part of an investigation into alternate electors.

I believe that's the Georgia investigation that's going on currently also being run.

Through the DOJ. So this is moving. They are continuing to gather evidence or what they perceive to be evidence as far as Trump's corroboration in January 6th, whether or not he helped to assemble.

I don't know exactly what they're trying to go after with here as far as Trump.

I mean, what's the charge? What does it come down to? It can't be inciting an insurrection. He didn't. There's no evidence that he did that he riled anybody up on purpose or directly told anybody to attack or invade or besiege whatever the capital.

It just doesn't exist. There's no evidence for it. So what is what is his culpability? What is the response? What is the charge?

We'll be interested to learn that along with everybody else. Of course, the big news tomorrow and hopefully it remains big news in spite of the revelations today that Trump is going to be under indictment soon is that the FBI whistleblowers are set to testify.
