Well, hey gang, welcome back to another episode of the Amazing Seller Podcast.

This is actually going to be episode number 24.

Wow, can you believe it? Episode number 24.

It's just crazy, I can't believe it.

It's been an awesome ride so far and I've just had a blast doing these episodes,

meeting new sellers, interviewing them for you and for myself.

I mean, let's face it, I'm actually learning along with everyone and applying what I'm learning

and then being able to report it back to you.

And that's actually what I'm going to be talking about today a little bit because I'm starting

to implement something I wanted to do for a while, but there's been a little bit of a gray area

there as far as is it within the terms of service. Now let me just state that what I'm going to share with you is what I'm doing and you know what I'm not a hundred percent sure if it's an issue or not. I don't think it is because and I'll explain why I think that you know doing what I'm going to be

explaining here and I'll let you in on the secret here in a minute but because I'm doing it in a way that I believe adds value to my customer.

Okay, and what we're going to be talking about is how can we grab the information or the

email from our customers because Amazon does not want us to collect the

data okay from our customers and what I mean by that is they don't want you to

grab their information and then sell them off of Amazon.

That's really the main reason they don't want you to do that.

They don't want you to have their phone numbers even though they do supply them.

They don't want you to contact them unless there's an issue that you need to resolve.

You know, and all of this stuff is in the terms of service.

Now the terms of service is sometimes very complicated to understand and I don't even know what the right answer is but I'm just going to say that this is what I'm doing this is what I'm going to be currently doing I'm going to try it and I don't think that it's going to be a problem but you know never know, right?
