our topic is, Carol for truth-seeking Seeking and I have a very special

guest. My special guest is Whitney Bowen Abrams. Welcome Whitney.

Hi Teresa. I'm so glad you could join me today. I am beyond excited. So thank you so much.

Well thank you for suggesting this topic too. So let's get started. let's dig right in. First of all, what is truth?

You know, this is a very difficult question to answer because it has to do with the absence of our perception, as well as our perception.

It's kind of paradoxical in nature. There is a principle to truth that I hold on to as kind of the lens through which I'm navigating the question, what is truth? And that is truth is not created. It is

observed. We discover truth. It's almost like it sits in a room waiting for you to find it.

It's not something that we develop. It is what it is. it already was, and long after we are gone it will always be.

And so I think about this in terms of the, what I call the pursuit of authenticity,

which is really the discovery of the true self.

We're gonna get into talking about the fool's journey

and kind of what I think about that as far as the path of the

major O'Connor or the path that the major O'Connor really lays out for us.

But I would say that truth is neutral. It is pure neutrality. It is what is because it is. It has no reasons,

no justifications, no, you know, it is what it is.

And truth is not clear as mud.

Oh yeah, no, no.

And truth is something that's not outside of you.
