0:48.3	I love the work that you do in the world.
0:50.9	And as somebody who has been involved in activism and
0:54.4	terror for many years, you know, this is such a great and timely
0:59.1	topic.
1:00.1	And I want to start out by asking you, what role does activism play in your life?
1:05.0	Mm, that's a great question.
1:08.0	So I hesitate myself to call myself an activist a lot of times because I think that's a loaded word and people carry a lot of their own opinions and baggage around it, their own ego around it. But I think I've been, you know, I've been politically involved and politically aware since I was a teenager, which is more than half my life now.
1:29.0	And that was sort of my introduction, like before I got into Terrible,
1:34.6	before I got into any type of healing work,
1:36.9	it was kind of my introduction to being involved
1:39.3	in a collective.
1:40.6	And I started that when I was 18, I was a zine maker. I joined a feminist collective in Portland, Oregon when I moved there.
