Well, I'm happy to have you here again. I know you've been a guest on the

podcast before and you were a fan favorite and you always have so many good

things to share for people who are not familiar with you

I just got to share the story that you know I got to talk about this and I've mentioned this before

so many years ago when I was having my own crisis in life.
