Hello, everybody. Very nice to be here today. And we've got a great episode today. Today, we're going to talk about the top seven cognitive distortions that feed our dysfunctional beliefs

I'm damaged. Everyone will always see me as an addict. And I've made so many failures in my life that any progress I make now is just insignificant.
