Hi guys and welcome to Life in the Peloton. I'm Mitch Docker. For those who are new listening to the

podcast, thanks for tuning in. To give a bit of background on what this is,

life in the Peloton is something I started four years ago. I'm a professional rider who rides

for EF education first, living overseas in Europe. And I thought, what a good idea would be

if I could give an insight to everyone what our life is like on the road as a pro cyclist.

So four years ago, I recorded a podcast and it just rolled on from there.

This is my fifth season with the podcast.

Some of my personal favorites are Matt Heyman, night before Roubae, the night before he won,

Perry Rubet. I sat down with him, got a great chat with him, and then afterwards I sat down

with him a couple of months later and talked about that amazing ride. There's also a more recent one with Swain Taft,

a good mate of mine, a great chat, also another great story. But there's loads in there.
