Anyways, um, so I have a list of kind of podcast topics that, you know, one day I

want to touch on some of them are like a little bit deeper darker, some are some insane secrets

that might never see the light of day. But what we're going to talk about today is something

that it was on there, but it's now off. I can go into my notes app and delete it because
