Michelle Tafoya, welcome to the Carl Jackson Show Podcast. Thank you for having me. It's great to

meet you. All right, so Michelle, I got to start with the question that I hope you don't click on me.

Like if we were on the phone, you might click on me, but I hope you don't do that because it really

is meant as a compliment and praise about your work when you were on the sidelines for the NFL.

And that is this. I appreciate the fact and I'll just say this. I'll be blunt. I feel like a lot

of women come into sports and their journalist reporters or what have you. And I almost feel like

it's there's this bit of overkill. Like I got to prove myself as a woman where that seems to

stand out to me. And I got to say about you. I always felt like you were one of the ones that

was more than the pretty face. Like you, you, you, you were professional. You could, you could tell

you got it. You had great camaraderie with your colleagues. Would you talk about that for just a

second? Hopefully I didn't sound like a complete another sexist. You did not. I mean, you know,

this has been the age old question in sports casting. You know, how did you go get by in a man's
