I think when most investors think about investing in real estate, you think about the equity stack, right? I'm a shareholder and I'm an

owner of the equity of the Empire State Building, the Bellagia, whatever. But this underinvested asset class, at least on the individual level,

opportunity for individuals to invest. So this is part of the broader theme of the, I don't know,
