This is our last episode before Christmas is officially upon us,

and I don't know about you, but this year I feel like it crept up on me faster than some cosmic horror from the depths of a Stygian abyss.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again,

if there's one time of year that gives Halloween a run for its money in the terrifying

tales department, it's Christmas.

There are no lack of malevolent Christmas creatures looking to whip kids into good

behavior, some of which we explored around

this time last year.

But there are a lot of creepy things about Christmas that we're so used to we don't

even bother to question them.

How about the fat man who watches you while you sleep,

and who silently slips down your chimney to eat your snacks?
