As you know, I am a fan of mysteries.

I'm willing to bet that you are, too.

For a couple of decades, the United States of America seemed to be lousy with serial killers.

Or, at least, that's what shows like America's most wanted and unsolved mysteries would have you believe.

Someone recently forwarded me an interview with Jeffrey Dahmer by Nancy Glass in 1993

for an episode of Inside Edition hosted by Bill O'Reilly.

The interview is fascinating and horrifying, but presented in a rather boring fashion,

the way all American news was prior to shows like Inside Edition and hard copy, polluting factual

news stories with sensationalizing opinion. Somehow, that matter-of-fact interview between Nancy

Glass and Jeffrey Dahmer makes it even more eerie.

While conversing with the person that sent the video, it was brought to my attention that there was a series of unsolved murders way back in 1884 and 1885 in Austin, Texas.

They were known as the Servant girl murders. Sixteen people were
