Fale from the Kreme.

Well, yeah, I mean, I think the Dow hack was really interesting when looking at Ethereum.

0:15.6

Like I was talking, we were talking a bit earlier about kind of what the process for consensus changes might be and what, you know, this culture war of Bitcoin.

0:24.5

Well, I think another way to say culture war is what's the precedent?

0:27.8

What is the precedent for how changes are made?

0:30.1

And anytime you make a change that to some extent sets a precedent for the future about what kindness of changes are acceptable to the community and what the community, you know, is or isn't going to fight back against whatever.

0:42.8

But when you talk about the Dow, well, there's a precedent there. There's a precedent that if you steal enough money and the people kind of quote unquote in charge to lose enough money,

1:26.7

fine and i think there's a lot

1:28.0

of value in that system existing that's not a system I'm interested in it's not a system I want to

1:33.2

contribute to it's certainly not a system I would put money in because I'm trusting that development

1:37.7

community whether you think they're great developers or not doesn't really matter I don't want to

1:43.2

trust them I got into Bitcoin because I don't want to trust them. I got into Bitcoin

1:44.5

because I don't want to trust anyone. And so I have no interest in that. But other people do,

1:50.4

and that's great. Now, I think we can build systems on top of Bitcoin that have a similar

1:56.0

trust model and also happen to use Bitcoin the asset, which is depreciated how much this year.
