Monary. This is something that really stuck with me because I just liked it. I thought

it fit my personality well. She said that Americans have a reputation for wrestling hard until the last whistle.

For a smallenary she's one of the most outspoken women on Team USA for the past two years.

She's been ranked number one in the country and has finished fifth in the world championships of both years.

She's a front runner for the 2021 Olympic Games and when we recorded this she was training at the University of Iowa which is the dynasty for wrestling. It's it's the Mecca.

And so she talks about that experience, what it's like training there.

And one of my favorite moments of this episode is where she talks about thriving when both

wrestlers are completely exhausted.

I think while it's a wrestling story parallels a lot of obstacles we see in the real world every day.
