Morning Brew. As always I'm joined by my co-pilot Josh Kaplan, and today we are going to talk about taking stock of your career and what you are excited about in the future. Let's hop into it.

Yeah, so I was interviewing someone for a role

literally 30 minutes ago,

and one of the questions they asked me,

which, you know, I've been asked this before but for whatever reason I

reflected on it more after this interview the the person asked me what am I most excited about

for the future of Morning Brew?

And I've been asked this, obviously,

if you're looking to join a company,

you want to know what one of the leaders

of the company is excited about.

But what it made me realize is, first of all, I don't take stock of what I am excited about nearly enough.

But it also left me with two thoughts that I want to share with you all.

The first is, whether or not you are a startup

founder you should have an answer to this question and that should act as your own

temperature check for how fulfilled you feel in your job. So if I was to ask you,
