decrease vocal interferences, like, um, hate uh uh uh um i really that really

bothers me one time at staff meeting i brought up up i think it was a hundred dollar bill and

i put on the table and somebody was speaking i said if you can go the whole time and not do um

you can have this hundred dollar bill and they couldn't do it i did like

three people in a row they could not do it i just i think words matter i really do words like hey man

how you doing what do we say whew man busy i'm um i'm just busy we hear that all the time

i'm busy i'm busy those words matter the number of us, I'm busy, are we really busy or do we just mindlessly say

the thing that we've always said?

That answer is too familiar.

It feels like a given.

It doesn't have to be.
