| 1:32.6 | And then on Monday afternoon, they're at Starbucks and there's a chocolate bar at the counter and they're thinking, well, chocolate grows on a cocoa bean. |

| 1:41.1 | So therefore it's a vegetable or whatever other crazy rationale in their head makes it okay to do that. So recognize that you're of two minds. |

| 1:54.6 | that part of you wants to collect evidence of failure. That part of you is going to look at every pound you gain, every time |
