training complex inside the field house, the practice field there and he spoke a little bit about the process of hiring Mike

that he received from other teams that had played in the

NFC West where Mike McDaniel used to reside with the San Francisco 49ers and he

would ask them, why are you calling me to tell me about all of these great superlatives about

this head coaching candidate and they all said to get them out of the division?
