| 1:16.9 | used exercise and particularly walking to lower their anxiety. |
| 1:23.9 | The article mentions that 28% of all Americans reported some sort of anxiety within the previous two weeks. |
| 1:33.5 | And so they talked to a handful of therapists about what they do when they feel anxious, what they feel anxiety, just because you're a therapist. |

| 1:46.0 | And all of them mentioned sleep and exercise. |
| 1:51.0 | Sleep and exercise are very important for combating anxiety. |
